Graphic Design

The Fast Forward program in Graphic and Multimedia Design was developed by technical centers, the Community College of Vermont and Lyndon State College. Students who enroll in graphic arts and multimedia design programs at participating technical centers may be eligible for up to 9 credits in Graphic Design through the Community College of Vermont or 15 credits in Digital and Graphic Arts at Lyndon State College. Credit awards are based on an annual portfolio review conducted each May by the faculty at participating institutions. Students should meet with their high school guidance counselor or local technical center guidance department to enroll in the technical center program. To receive college credit, students must meet the eligibility requirements of the college.

Community College of Vermont – Associate Degree in Graphic Design

The associate degree can be a stepping stone to further studies or an end in itself. Either way, its value can't be beat in terms of earning power, skill-building, and confidence-boosting. Our degree programs provide the knowledge you need for employment or further study at the bachelor's level.

At CCV, you can pursue a degree at your own pace, on your own schedule. Choose one of our many associate degree programs or if you prefer, design your own concentration using a combination of CCV, transfer, and assessed credit. You can enroll either full or part-time for most CCV degree programs. Either way, you are eligible for financial aid counseling, academic advising, and all CCV services.
